  • First off, i appreciate an alternative to giant eagle, as i loath chains.I realize this is also a chain, but ..... i digress. I have been known to drive to trader joes or whole foods, just for olive oil, as it is so much cheaper. I was excited when i heard about earth fare, but when i met her, i was unwhelmed. It is kind like Heinens & whole foods had a baby that isn't as smart or cute as her parents. On friday i went in to buy a couple items and impulse bought our dinner. I picked the sushi which is made in house? We did not get sick, but it felt wrong, and i will never do that again. Also we previously bought bread at the bakery & it was not that great. In the future i would try to make it to breadsmiths or in a pinch buy brownberry at target, rather than the bakerys bread. It was dry & bland. I am not impressed by the selection or prices. In short, i may stop in in a pinch, but this will not be my go to joint.
