  • Finally .... A Harley dealership in the greater Charlotte area that has AMAZING customer service and a fantastic team of employees. We visited dealerships in Charlotte, Statesville, Winston-Salem and Salisbury and had horrible service; no one seemed to want our business. Then we found HD of Charlotte in Matthews. From the minute we walked in the doors of HD of Charlotte, we had exceptional service. Robin in sales went above and beyond to get us the bikes we wanted. Doug in parts spent a ton of time getting all the parts we were looking for. Stevie in finance took care of all our business and insurance needs. Within 3 days this team of employees had taken care of every detail and we bought the 2014 customized Street Glide we'd gone in to buy ....AND we took home a 2005 Springer that we'd been searching for over the past year !!! We won't do business anywhere else. THANK YOU HD of Charlotte !
