  • Yesterday was my first time here. The hostess Red hair) was very friendly and seated us right away. There were four waiters in our area. 10 minutes turned into 20 minutes and not one waiter came to our table. At least one of them could have came to ask if we wanted water. Two new bales were seated with drinks and one even had appetizers. I would normally leave a place like this but my daughter was hungry. I went to ask the hostess (red hair) if I could speak to a manager, she said ok and went to look for him. The second hostess(blond) asked what the problem was and I told her. She stated that they had a rush and were busy ( all while looking at her phone. The manager (James) came out and after explaining the situation, James apologized and said that he would help. James appeared to be disappointed and wanted to make my first experience better. James took our orders and eventually our waiter came. Our waiter Jack stated that there was a mix up in the rotation blah blah blah because each waiter looked right in my face and said nothing. Jack however did put his best kiss ass attitude on from that point on. The food was excellent and if it were not for James, I wouldn't return. James did alter out bill by taking one roll, seaweed salad and $10 extra off of our bill. James is a great manager. as long as they have people like him and Red hair, I will be back and change the amount of stars
