  • I have lived here twice so to say I love the place is a under statement. The staff is great and very helpful. However: the week of 4/15 I had two car break ins right in front of my building, that morning the Police officer informed a group of us that over the last two weeks 8 car breaks in had been reported. As a parent this worries me. I have also heard of other issue on the property that have me very concerned. I do understand that Arwen Vista can not prevent break ins but it can keep us as a community informed, it goes a long way. I have also reach out HQ but no one picks up the phones and the one girl Jessica that I did speak too, transferred me in mid sentence I am not happy at this time and something needs to be done
