  • The front office staff is incredibly rude. I see dr michaels and love her but she and the other 3 doctors will be loosing patients because of the front office. I was told i had to pay a bill THAT HASNT EVEN BEEN SENT OUT YET before i could have my appoibtment. 1) how was i aware of any payments due if they have not sent it out? 2) i have not budgeted for this so, no i did not have money for it on my debit card from my mobey i am not saving for other expenses. The lady i talked to at the window was saying something completely different than the finacial lady. I love Dr Michaels but personally I may just see my last doctor from a different state when i visit family and friends every year. Or find a different office here in vegas. The front office staff is the face of the clinic and every time I have visited they were rude and always gave attitude.
