  • I decided to make a review after contacting dolphin pools. I am disappointed in their customer service , specifically the sales rep . Without coming to my house or even discussing size or style of the pool & spa the sales rep did a design & quote . Neither of which worked for us. He did not tell us about any features, warranties, or products in the quote or upgrades that could be offered. No follow up on design or quote, the customer service given by the designer / sales rep was at the lowest level we received and in my opinion appalling to say the least. The other two companies we inquired for a bid came out to our house and made us felt like our business was valued and appreciated. We ended up getting a beautiful design with all the bells and whistles ( water features , travertine decking , and more ) all for less then dolphin pools quote .
