  • K-9 Kountry is a fantastic establishment that we are now happy to recommend. We searched around quite a few places online and in person regarding boarding for our two fur babies - three days and two nights. Almost all of the other facilities would have them in the kennel all day so we chose K-9 Kountry Club since they would be able to roam freely and play. We called and spoke with Andrea who booked me an appointment to come in and view the facilities the next day. Bright and early, I took my two angels over and was actually very excited to have them at K-9 Kountry. They have indoor lounge areas, and a huge outdoor playground. Lots of toys and lots of pups. They cleared the areas for me to tour without overwhelming my little ones. George advised us to put in our Reservation ASAP and informed the gals to look out for our application. We filled out the lengthy online Reservation form for our two babies. Sleepovers at K-9 Kountry are priced higher, but we felt like it was worth it to let our angels run free. We dropped them off the next morning along with enough food for the next few days and said our goodbyes. When we went to pick them up, we were immediately informed that their first day was BAD. They were sad, shy, and only opened up after some secluded time and trust was built. We were happy that they were given extra attention to welcome them into the environment. When we came home, our pups laid and rested and were back to normal after their nap. After speaking with Andrea regarding our concerns with her online site and the way information delivered to guests, we have to acknowledge that she responded positively to our feedback and actually fixed it - which is a lot more than what other business owners can say. We are happy about what they are doing for all of the fur children out there.
