| - My last hair cut was by a charming frenchman in Montreal, but I could no longer ignore my split ends. Seeing that he was half a country away, I figured I ought to track down a skilled stylist here. On the basis of some very positive reviews right here on Yelp!, I decided to take the plunge.
I'm super vain about my hair, so getting it cut is a big deal for me. I was super pleased with Stacey, my stylist, and with the whole salon. First of all, I came in early and they were super polite and talked about getting me in ASAP. I got hooked up with some delicious tea in the small waiting area, enjoying the atmosphere. It was very open concept, chic and open, and it didn't feel crowded at all. Love, love loved how gorgeous the interior was, which is exactly what I want in a salon.
Loved getting my hair washed, although I was a little disappointed with the lack of scalp massage :( Stacey asked what I wanted, and totally consulted with me the whole time. She also listened to me chatter along the whole time. I love my one-inch shorter hair (I also like it when people listen to me when I explain that I'm growing my hair out). I adore my new hair cut, and while it wasn't cheap it was definitely worth it. Also, their pricing is comparable to most major salons anyways. And my hair remains wonderful. Perfect.
