  • Knowledgeable, friendly owner completely outweighs slightly higher prices than national chains: Sure, you can get things cheaper at Michaels, but you can't get the selection and you will never get anyone at Michaels to answer your questions, much less to actually give you practical how-to advice. The owner and her daughter are almost always on-site to provide helpful advice. Selection: There is a reason amateurs, cottage bakers and professionals come here...they pretty much have everything you need! They aren't limited to just Wilton products and offer unique items. Plus, in many items they offer varying sizes so you get what you need. Shop local: Even with more DIYer food crafters, few cities have the luxury of having candy/ cake making supply stores any longer. Imagine my joy in finding this place so close to home!!! While you may pay a little more on some things, you can get what you need now and not pay shipping!!!! A treasure indeed!!!!
