  • How can you give something negative stars? This is one of the worst customer service companies I've ever experienced! Complete and total liars about their technicians and the job they actually do! Disgraceful! I just moved to the Las Vegas area and I'm so disappointed that this is my only option for gas. Lazy, unprofessional, useless liars! Shame on you as a company for your practices! Because of your incompetence and inability to knock on a door I now have to be without hot water or heat through Christmas! Merry Christmas to all of you! Well done jerks!
