My loyalty stays with Avante Mazda.
The first Mazda 3 we bought with them, we got it at a VERY reasonable price. The sales person who worked there made the process easy-going and did not pressure us to buying and trying out other cars. As a customer, we obviously wanted the best price we could get for the car and they understood that which saved us a lot of time and made the process go by much faster. This was much better than going to other dealerships who were trying to get us to buy a hatchback or a different model car when we said we were not interested.
The second time we went to Mazda, we had another sales person working with us who was just as easy going as the first one. He understood that we were test driving other cars, but at the end we ended up going back to the Mazda 3 just because I loved it the first time I drove it. He didn't pressure or guilt trip us into buying any car which again made the process much easier.
We also want to thank Anne-Marie and her team for letting us know about the special promotions we were able to get on the car in order to have the best price on the car.
The only reason why I'm only giving it a 4 star review because there was a time I was hoping to get my car fixed from a dent when somebody rear ended the panels on my door. I remember taking it in and asked for them to see how much it would cost, and it ended up being $2000 for the one dent. I understand dealerships tend to be more expensive but for me that was a little over the top even if insurance/the person who hit me was paying for it. I ended up getting it fixed at another body shop for much less than $2000 and was satisfied.
On the bright side, their coffee machine is pretty good.
