We were looking for a place to grab a late lunch after an event on campus and the students with us suggested this spot. When we arrived it was almost empty and we sat ourselves at a booth inside.
We started with the fried zucchini appetizer which was good and not overly fried or greasy. I then had a salad and the tomato soup, both of which were good, but nothing to write home about.
The beer selection here looked good, and I loved the neighborhood feel of the place. They've got a beer club, where you can join and once you've had 250 beers you get a plate on the wall - which makes the wall full of quirky quotes and personalities of the many folks who've achieved this honor and is of course a great ploy to get folks to keep coming back.
Overall the food is average, but seems like a great spot for beers and I'd imagine the vibe and crowd is good on the weekends/evenings.
