  • I have had an on going issue for almost 3 years and they have yet to resolve the issue. I have gone above and beyond on my end and have brought the car in for repair 9 times. They can't figure out what's causing the issue so they turn me away without any answers. I expect a reliable car or a resolution from BMW, instead I have received terrible customer service and I'm stuck with a car that doesn't function as it should. I expect more from BMW. All I ask is for my car to get fixed. I pay for a service and they are not providing that service.
