  • Gross. I mean, GROSS. Sent to stay here after our flights was delayed to the point that we missed our connecting flight. We arrived, noticed a vehicle couch just set in the hallway....?????? There was hair in our shower, on the floor, pillows, nightstand. Called the front desk with the worry of our bedding not being changed from previous visitors. She said she would switch our rooms or bring us different sheets but "I'm seven months pregnant and to be honest, I'm not going to change the sheets"... Was the response we received. So we re-packed our belongings and went back for a different room. Seemed to be bug shells in the sheets. We called surrounding hotels for any availability.. Nothing. My husband and I seriously considered heading straight back to the airport to wait out our 7+ hours. Our shuttle was scheduled at 7:30 am, we were at the counter by 7:31... And waited a while for anyone to come to the front desk. "Sorry for the wait", again the pregnant woman, and with attitude, "The shuttle left already. It was scheduled at 7:30, it's 7:36 now. You can try the 8:00." Thanks, Sleep Inn.... You suck. And then our shuttle left at 8:03. Lol.
