  • Called on Monday 6/22/2015 after getting absolutely nowhere with my home warranty people. Been without air for 2 weeks in 105+ weather & just as hot inside. Shannon was on the ball & Todd showed up within minutes to assess the problem. We already knew we wanted to replace my unite....Shannon found the Best price, quote was the lowest of 4. She informed me yesterday they would be here at 9am. Yup they came, the crane arrived soon after & it was installed without a hitch. Done in 3 1/2 hours 2 days after calling!!
