  • I was able to get an appointment very easily, I was able to check in at home and show up 15 minutes before my appointment, the wait was not a problem it is flu season. What I was very unsatisfied with was the front desk lady. She was the furthest thing from friendly, the entire time she was taking my vitals she was complaining about how much she doesn't like her job. She was in a hurry to get off work and went on and on. The doctor we saw was very nice, and took in account all I had to say. A little bit of front desk mannerisms would be encouraged, especially when helping people that are sick, that's the last thing they want to hear.
