Sears has lost our business. My fault that I misplaced the receipt and was after 30 days purchase. Still I tried to return a $20 pair of footwear, "slides" never worn with tags still attached that didn't fit my father-in-law. The female Manager Terry? or Tammy perhaps is extremely rude, unfriendly and would not consider even a partial store exchange credit. Who has time to call the store's resolution department? Will definitely not buy from Sears again.
