I LOVE THIS PLACE! I can now get Waghu beef without ordering online! Everything is so fresh and delicious! Gilbert the Butcher was actually able to make our favorite Italian sausage from Boston! Mild Italian, no garlic, easy on the fennel with provolone cheese and fresh tomatoes! It was over the top! Trying their pheasant this weekend and they are working on getting me Lardo which is a cross between salt pork and Pancetta used for cooking! So excited I found this gem! FINALLY after living here for 24 years I found a GREAT butcher! A must try!
