  • I'd give zero stars if possible. These guys are terrible! An electric cord on my Bosch dishwasher was recalled and unfortunately this vendor was the one suggested to me by Bosch (since they picked up the cost). The dishwasher worked perfectly before, but once the Mr. Appliance tech replaced the cord, my dishwasher stopped working. I spoke with George who provided horrible customer service and informed me that, "he doesn't work for free," and that I could pay him $90 to send out a tech to diagnose the issue and that I could pay them to order new parts. Called Bosch and told them to send ANYONE back but Mr. Appliance of Midtown PHX. Horrible business and horrible people. BTW, their scheduler said that they don't work on weekends and George said that they work on Saturday's. Get it together you guys! Oh, and Bosch has been informed to never use you as a third party vendor. Any positive reviews are probably employees, friends, or family of this business owner.
