  • I'm really happy with my piercings (2 on each lobe). Mel made me feel really comfortable and the process was really quick. Two tips for before and after: Before: They provide the diamond-like studs in the piercing price, however, it was mentioned that you can bring in your own studs (arrive an hour or so earlier) so that they can prep them for use. I feel like this is useful to know since you won't be able to change the studs for 2 months until they're healed. I would still call in to make sure you're earrings are appropriate for the healing process. After: In the aftercare sheet they give out, they mention not using very specific items/ solutions and only to use a sterile saline solution. I wasn't successful finding such items at Walmart in-store, but I did find this product on Amazon https://www.amazon.ca/H2Ocean-Piercing-Aftercare-Spray-4oz/dp/B0009F79EQ (they also sell it at Hot Topic). So far, I feel like it is soothing my ear while keeping it clean. Overall, it was a good experience, I would definitely recommend this place.
