  • Absolutely terrible company to deal with now they have closed in Arizona. My "warranty" is unusable as calls to their repair department go straight to voicemail and never get returned. The store was great and I loved the staff but the corp people are snobs and have no idea what good customer service is. Oh... that's right, they have my $5000 and there is no store in my area for more business. Why would someone over there care if I'm ok?
