  • Billing department is a joke, always get an answering service have been trying to pay my account for two days and can't. Inconsistent charges for same service among same doctor. It's pathetic finally call and get a hold of someone today and they're too busy to let me pay my bill what kind of place does that to someone with money in hand? I guess I'm gonna have to go in person if they don't call me back today. Unreliable. String out services as much as they can to collect the most from you and your insurance companies and neglect to tell you how much the services are exactly.
