  • The doctor himself was great. Very thorough and professional. Their office staff needs to be a bit more understanding and flexible on the forms. I was asked to fill out the EXACT same form with address, insurance provider, etc. and I was just at the office 4 months prior. Waste of a customers time when especially all my information is in their system. When I asked why I needed to do this, they just say "it's office policy".
