  • Too bad we don't have the option to leave a zero star review. My wife and I received a wedding present from one of my customers for a massage/facial combo. Due to The Body Shop's inability to answer the phone, and or call back when voicemails are left, our gift certificate is now expired and they want us to pay an additional $79 per person for said services. It is sad to see just how flawed their business practices are. I definitely will never set foot in the business, and will make sure to take our business somewhere where it is appreciated. Scam!
