  • One of the best eye doctor's offices I have been to. The eye doctors are knowledgeable and articulate with top notch instruments. The staff is friendly, kind, patient and courteous. The office is clean and comfortable. I was impressed that the staff was able to explain the insurance policy up front in a clear and concise way (impressive given the complexity). Rather than taking the simple insurance billing approach, Northcross goes out of its way to enact policies which accomplish the best value and lowest out of pocket costs for the patient.
