| - Nice guys, but soooo inefficient. We had limited furniture to move (four small book shelves, two lounge chairs, a bunk bed, several end tables, a few smaller items, and a small upright piano) plus lots of boxes. We actually got three guys and a truck. Two guys were high school or early college age and very inexperienced. The third was slightly older and obviously in charge. The three movers spent a half hour wrapping the piano and then informed us that they weren't sure how to move the piano around a bend and up seven shallow stairs. We ended up hiring a professional piano mover who got it out in five minutes. They couldn't get the bunk bed out without taking forever to disassemble every single piece (I've still to put it back together; didn't want to pay them to spend another hour to re-assemble.) It got comical when I observed the three of them standing around trying to figure out how to unscrew a pole lamp. I asked them to hurry it up and started carrying items out myself. We had other problems: some breakage, smudges on the walls, and a couple clearly marked boxes delivered and stacked upside down. The company, without much of a fuss, reimbursed us for the extra cost to move the piano, but were not inclined to compensate us any further.
