  • I took my car in to this dealership to have some recall work done. My friend in Philly had the same work done. One hour in and out plus her car was washed and vacuumed. So I was hoping for the same. I made the appointment and asked how long it would take. The girl said to plan on 4 hours. My husband followed me down to drop it off and I asked Travis, the service person assigned to me, how long and he said an hour and a half. He said he would call when it was ready. FIVE hours later we just went to get it. It was ready. No wash or vacuum. In fact there was trash on the passenger front floor that was not put there by me. Underwhelmed. Disappointed. Now I remember why I don't use dealerships. Two hours after I got home I got a call from them on my home phone. They didn't leave a message. I didn't even give them my home number. Hmmmm.
