  • I'm not even sure where to start. Deanna is a nice person, but that's about all that is good. We ordered two things and had issues with both. Before the break down: It's upsetting because this issue has stretched on 7 months and now they will not respond to any communication. Every time I requested an update, that is when they would reach out to Simmons and then just forward me the email. They weren't on top of the issues, which is why I believe it never got resolved properly with the manufacturer. I tried to be understanding due to it being their first year in business, but they have no customer service. Everyone there is kind for the most part, but awfully run business. I would have paid a little bit more to purchase both pieces from a reputable company. Saving a few bucks isn't worth the hassle. So the two pieces: Kitchen table- it arrived with a huge slice in the top, not ok. We saw that and immediately took photos and called, as we were told to do if there were any issues. The damage was processed and we were told another was on the way. 2 weeks later a man arrived with a new table top, out of the box in the back of a van. The entire corner was smashed which we saw before he even took it out of the van. We refused it and called again. #3 would be on the way. This was the end of our issues with the table, but it was the start of the nightmare. United Furniture Industries [Simmons] Sectional- Disaster from the start. We were told 5 weeks due to it being made once the order was placed. 2 months later and lots of communication, still no couch. Deanna even emailed me an email saying she ordered it, but the email actually showed she ordered it a week after we placed the order- which wasn't good for Factory2You. A couch finally arrived after 3 months, with the center of the chaise's frame being completely busted, and two pieces have rips in the fabric. Immediately we contacted them, as usual. They took back the center piece and told us they would have a third party fix it. The two pieces with rips were pending their contact. They arrived back with the middle piece and it was poorly fixed and looked terrible. We told them how unhappy we were with this expensive "made to order" purchase. Nothing but issues. Deanna offered to have our whole couch replaced, which we agreed to. 2 months later we received 3 new pieces. 2 our of 3 were OK, the chaise was made incredibly poorly. The cushion hung over the end 2 inches and looks like they were completely off with their measurements. We called, AGAIN and explained and sent photos of the obvious mistake in manufacturing. After this last round of manufacturing mistakes and issues, we were then told that the warranty only had one complete replacement and we just used that- so there is nothing they could do. Why were we offered a replacement if that was going off OUR warranty? We would never have done that if she explained that is what she was doing. Deanna explained that she would send me all of the communication regarding Simmons explanation to everything so I would have it for my records. In all honesty I didn't believe what she was telling me. It has now been 5 weeks and Factory 2 You will not reply to emails or any sort of communication. They have completely left us in the dust with this and we have a "custom" couch that is LESS THAN perfect. We paid a lot of money for this piece and we don't even have what we ordered. So as I recapped above- It's upsetting because this has stretched on 7 months and now they will not respond to any communication.
