  • Terrible follow up and response time. It's been about 2 weeks since GC Glass visited my home to check my sliding glass door and still no estimate for repair or replacement, or even a phone call to let me know they're working on it. I called last week and the receptionist said she still hadn't received info from the tech. I asked when I could expect to hear back and she said as soon as she received estimate from the tech. I called today and no answer. Apparently they don't want my business, so I'll go elsewhere.
