  • This place is terrible. I cracked my phone and went to the nearest place. I called on the way to see how much it'd be and when I arrived the person at the front desk tried to charge me $20 more than what I had just heard on the phone. After explaining to him I just called and got the price he suddenly seemed to remembered that it was way cheaper. First red flag. Then he fixes and I leave. I notice my home button is popped up and not flat to my screen anymore. I called again and told to come back in to readjust it. I drove back and the guy at the front says oh sorry your phone is bent that's why your button won't go back in all the way. I leave naive because I've heard iPhone 7's are thin and bend. I didn't buy a tempered screen protector because they were way over priced compared to my normal repair shop, Simple Computer Repair. So today I go to Simple Computer Repair to get my $10 tempered glass protector. I explain that it might weird because my home button is messed up after getting my screen fixed at another place because my phone is bent. They looked and my phone and laughed! They said my phone is straight as can be. They took it apart and realized wireless phone medic stripped a screw that was causing the problem. Luckily, the other place took the time and fixed it for me, for FREE!!! And what do I get when I call wireless phone medics explaining their error and that they lied saying my phone was bent? A sorry and that they hate Simple Computer Repair. Okay no wonder you hate them, they are a better business. What a joke this place is. Take your business to Simple Computer Repair. Clean store, easy location off the free way, great customer service, and great rates! I will never be back to wireless phone medics.
