  • I want to say right off the back that I've never received such amazing customer service I love my experience there and I cannot wait to go back again!!! I heard from a coworker (I am a local) how amazing their resort amenities were I thought perfect because my family was coming to visit from Arizona and I'll take them there my coworker told me that they charge $25 a person to use their amenities I call ahead of time to reserve a spot I talk to the manager her name was Cory and she said it's a slow day and that she will let me and my family enjoy the amenities which is the pools, playground, putting green, waterslides, kayak and much more for free which I was so surprised. At our arrive we parked in valet and the valet gentlemen were nice also well. I many every single employee that walk past us asked us if we need to be helped or if there's anything that they can do for us! getting to the kayaks a gentleman named Gabriel which was awesome helped us with our kayaks he was such a great guy!!! I want to say huge THANK YOU to Cory and Gabriel for showing us such an amazing time at your hotel you made our experience they're one in a life time!
