My husband and I stopped by the other day for a casual lunch. We had heard about it at the VegFest and were very curious to try it. We are both vegetarian and were eager to try a place where we could order anything on the menu. I'm glad to say we were not disappointed!
I had their portabella steak and cheese sandwich, and my husband got the naked OM veggie burger. Both of these dishes were fantastic and full of flavor. The marinate for the portabella steak had the perfect amount of spice without being too salty. I got a side salad with their house dressing. The slivers of zucchini were a great touch, and the dressing was delightfully tangy. The OM burger had a great constancy, and was cooked well. Great flavor! The fried potatoes on the side complimented the burger well.
Why not a five star review? Although the flavors were amazing, but the sandwich and the burger were a little dry. The homemade buns/rolls were light and had a great taste, but there was too much of them. The OM burger was great, but was very dry. I wish there was less bun, or more dressing. The sandwich had the same problem. I also wish the side salad had smaller lettuce leaves. I know it's kind of a minor complaint, but the didn't cut the lettuce leaves at all, which made it hard to eat.
Other then those two minor complaints the place was fantastic for a casual lunch or dinner. Very cute decor, very flavorful food. I will enjoy going back there and can't wait to try their other dishes!
