  • The food is always great, spectacular really. The pho and burgers are eclectic and offer flavor profiles for anyone; wether they be foodies or people just looking for a good meal. The two star rating this location is getting is purely for service. We entered the restaurant and waited at least eight minutes for someone to seat us- the other couple up and left- said they had already been waiting five minutes before we even got there. Why have a hostess station but no hostess? Finally a third server came from the back, looked over at us, and then offered to seat us. We got our menus and we were then forgotten. The server had apparently seated us in a different server's section and not communicated this to them. The new server was very short with us, and approached the table to ask if we had seated ourselves. The other server came over to the table and explained they had seated us- it was only then we got to order. Ordered the wings (they are delicious!!!) and were told they were out. Okay, so we ordered calamari for our app, put in the rest of the order, and waited. TEN MINUTES after ordering, the server comes out and tells us they are also out of calamari. Our actual food came out and as always, it looked amazing (Hubby got the black and green- my burger go to is the lonely bird) I take a bite of my burger and something tastes off- there is a texture missing. Realize they left the onion rings off the burger, so now on top of everything else, the food was incorrectly made. Our server did come over to the table and promptly got some onion rings so I could put them on, but the only reason we put up with the wait and everything else was the food. Needless to say I don't think we will be going back anytime soon and I would never take my friends or family to eat there. The service is inconsistent and they always seemed short-staffed and flustered.
