  • I am very surprised reading other reviews on this dealership. Are we talking about the same dealership?? Because we had a totally different experience at this location. I am not sure where all those negativism are coming from. Our 2012 RAV4 lease was coming to an end and we were looking to get the new model. We started shopping around (since the one we had leased our old one from was not really getting us any deal) and so we visited Dixie Toyota at 401-Dixie Auto Mall. As soon as we walked in, we were impressed - beautifully lit space, very clean and very friendly staff. We were greeted by Arif Azim, who from the beginning made us feel at ease. He patiently listened to our needs and made suggestions putting absolutely no pressure on us. He was professional, efficient, honest and explained everything with great detail. He did not mind me asking questions and made me feel like we were important. After dealing with Arif we decided to lease a vehicle from him. He put me in a new UPGRADED RAV4 XLE for a monthly payment, less than I thought was even possible. All in all it was an excellent experience. I recommend Dixie Toyota to EVERYONE! We love our new RAV4 and will definitely be coming back here for years to come. Thank you Arif Azim!!
