  • Easily the worst supermarket I've been to. The only contender would perhaps be the Loblaws at Empress Walk. I regularly find expired items on shelf that are not marked down and have, on occasion, unwittingly purchased spoiled food (yogurt, bread, etc.) requiring an additional trip to the store to return the item. The quality and availability of produce is inconsistent. The most frustrating part is paying a premium to shop at a higher end supermarket. Though they belong to the same parent company, I've found my local No Frills to offer a much better selection on produce as well as non-western ingredients and at a much much lower price.
