  • Neil and his wife run a class A shop. All the reasons why I love supporting these kinds of businesses. They are friendly, welcoming, indelibly professional, and above all they truly care about their service they provide. Neil took all of my concerns to heart and upon seeing the guitar after, I could not be happier. I got my girlfriend a very special guitar for our anniversary and Neil performed a complete setup installing some new tuners and west African hard ivory nut, saddle, and bridge pins. The nut and saddle come larger than needed and Neil performed excellent work, a perfect fit! My girlfriend will be so excited! Thank you Neil!
