I had a problem with a rear seat on my 2006 KIA Sedona. I put it in incorrectly and as a result couldn't get it to properly latch nor could I get it back out.
I took it to Halleen KIA in North Olmsted where the service department and my salesperson couldn't get it out.
As a last resort I took it to RADAIR in Westlake where I've been to many times in the past for other repairs. Rosalia gets it out in about two minutes.
Let me put this into perspective. The nice lady at RADAIR did what the factory trained technicians at KIA couldn't!
