  • My experience at the spa was actually fine, nothing special but not bad. My problem is with the customer service which at most spas goes far and above where as here it was severely lacking. The spa double charged me and when I called thinking simply I could get a refund, there was a 15 minute hold just to get somebody from the spa on the line. 15 mins is a crazy long hold for a spa, its not like I'm calling ATT. They then told me they could only see one charge and to call my bank to handle it.
