rev:text	Came here on a Sat night around 5:30. It did not appear to be that busy. There were at least 15 tables that I could see that were open. We were told once we got in that we would have to wait because they had to check on their reservations for the night???? Hmmm. Ok, I guess they get busy. So they did sit us around 10 minutes after we arrived. We ended up sitting at our table at least 20 minutes. There were people that had gotten sat after us that were getting served. We started giving dirty looks to anyone we could and were just about ready to throw in the towel and leave. Finally one of the waiters.. that we were giving dirty looks to.. came over and asked if we had been helped. So, he got a waitress to come over and take our order. We ordered some drinks which i cannot recall the names but where pretty tasty. We ordered a fllet to share. The filet was cooked well. I was not too impressed with he potatoes on the bottom as they appeared to be a large smashed tatter tot. I also got the orange zest edibame which was good but appeared overpriced at $7. We next ordered the apple pie desert and the brooklyn brownie. The brownie with the cookie that I read so much about.. was ok. It didn't knock my socks off or anything. The apple pie desert on the other hand was delish. It comes served which looks like a paper bag around it. The decor was modern. Liked the funky mirrors hanging all over, the salt in the bathrooms for hand washing and the old looking lamps to light the place. They do have a cute patio area which no one was taking advantage of.. I guess it was still in the 60 out so probably not too appealing for many. It was also interesting to check out the crowd.. as I sat waiting to get served for 20 min.... there was a good mix of people dressed to the nines and people dressed in sweat pants. So come and wear what you like! Overall, would I go back? Probably not. it was interesting to check out, but not worth it.
