  • Basically worthless. We have been complaining (FOUR YEARS) about our neighbors auto shop business he runs from his garage. In addition the oil, gas and other fluids he washes down the street every night at 2:30 am in front of our house and into the cities water run off. Taylor and the HOA stated they cannot do anything about it. Except send letters. But today WE receive a letter of non compliance for a cable that does not match the color of our house. They have strict enforcement about that ! We have requested many times (FOUR YEARS) we would like to log into the monthly meetings. But they do not have that "technology" available either. They complain about lack of resident interest in the meetings but cannot figure out a way to provide access !
