  • Room service and the concierge like to pass the buck to each other. This resulted in me and my mother (a senior citizen) having to walk all over the casino for about an hour trying to get some packing tape. If they'd be upfront and straightforward, I would've just got into the car and quickly picked it up from CVS. Instead they passed the buck from housekeeping, to the concierge, and pointed us all over the casino ( you know how maze-like and huge the casino floors are). They really pissed me off, my mom is a senior citizen and not in the best shape to walk all over the casino, and neither was i with my bad foot.
