  • I never would have expected a steak house this great to be in Circus Circus. I mean Circus Circus, really?! YES! It is a great surprise. The decor brings you back to the old school steak houses. Both the service and the food are exquisite. Do yourself a favor, get the dry aged ribeye, it was the best!
