  • The staff was amazing! They were super friendly on the phone when my mother and I had called trying to find a place to bring my dying bunny. Once I got there they greeted me at the door to quickly take Mr. Bun Bun to see if they could help him. Unfortunately, he was gone before they could help. I have young kids who were attached to our bunny and it was very emotional to lose our beloved friend. They were great and boxed him up for us so we can bury him and even have us a nice paw print with his name in it. They went above and beyond and truly seemed passionate and sympathetic towards my family. I highly recommend going there and will be back when we get a new pet.
