  • Hands down the nicest and most beautiful hotel that we've ever stayed at!!! We stayed here just a few weeks after the hotel opened and were absolutely blown away by everything, from the actual hotel itself to the top notch staff. I've stayed at a lot of hotels around the world and have never encountered staff as friendly as I did here. They anticipated all our needs, followed up with us to make sure we were happen and felt taken care of, and were pleasant with every single interaction, from the front desk attendants to the maids cleaning rooms. The hotel is about 25 minutes north of downtown Toronto, but anytime we come back to Toronto, we'll 100% be staying at this hotel again!
