  • They we're unable to confirm the helicopter ride on their plane tour to the South rim. I was standing in the lobby and they were unwilling to give me a descent discount on the airplane tour without the helicopter. It's sad that they would rather have an empty seat and piss off a customer instead of making a deal. I went to Papillon who treated me like they appreciated my business.
