I went in to get a full set. She did a good job on nails themselves. Showed her a picture of what I wanted. The same thing Ive gotten several times!! When she was done. I noticed they had a huge bump separating nail tip from nail. I could feel it and see it! It looked like nails I would have done myself, because I wouldn't know what I was doing! I then went with someone else back to get a pedicure. While Im sitting there. The more I looked at my nails the more unhappy I was with them. Everyone sitting around me said the same thing when I showed them. After telling the manager. She went and told the tech. She came back there and wanted to argue with me. And became offended and defensive and told me that she spent a lot of time with me!! Yes, u did... thats what your getting paid for!! Ive had nails for over 20 yrs. And not one time...even if I didn't care for them. I never said anything! The professional thing to do would be to say... Im sorry u don't like them. We can change it if u would like!!!! I finally had to tell her Im not going to argue with u! I was being very nice and even offered to pay more to redo them! After the pedicure was done. Even tho I didn't really have the time or didn't want to set there for another 30 min. I decided, I had to get them redone! She was asked to redo and she said no, I didn't have an appt!! Even tho she was sitting there with no clients! She ended up redoing them anyway. I picked another simple plain one color. To make it simple. And , I still had to point out things to her! Im tired of paying 40-60 for nails and getting shitty work! When I was done the manager then wanted to argue about it when I was paying... defending the girl!! WOW!!! all I can say is....these people need a lesson in customer service! I could not believe what an ordeal it was just to say I was unhappy with them!! Nails are not cheap!! Its your job to do them right! Never once did the manager or her say, Im sorry!! I don't deal with such unprofessional people! There are too many nail places out there. That make it a priority and is important to them to make the customer happy! So I will not return to this place!!
