  • I wanted to love it. Third time here and likely my last. It took over 20 minutes only to give me the wrong order (I ordered iced latte and was given hot after attempting to charge me for a large when I ordered a medium. Sorry, but you will have to do better. Wait times are long and have witnessed food preparers sneezing into their hands and not washing, prep without gloves, running fingers through their hair. I would NOT recommend this place. I will go back to SBUX. Note to owner: Your indifference is evident in your lack of responses to both negative and positive reviews.
