  • We bought into this timeshare back in 2009. It had just been built and was in great condition. Our maintenance fee was a little steep at that time $400 a year but per their contract-maintenance fees would go to replacing the furnishings and all of the appliances on a yearly basis. We have went every year since 2009 and every year nothing had changed. Same furnishings, same appliances, same pots and pans, same tv SAME everything. Now our maintenance fee is over ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS. Beware new buyers out there. This place is a sham.
