  • I really like this Alex and Ani location. This was my first time going to the store. Everyone is very friendly and wants to help you. I think I got greeted by every worker and asked if I was doing okay/needed help by them throughout the whole time I was there. The girl who helped us was very nice and helpful. She wasn't pushy and gave honest opinions on items I was debating on. She was very patient as well, I looked for a little bit at different charms where she had to keep taking them out of the drawer and putting them back. I now have my first Alex and Ani bracelet that I received as a gift and I loved it! I definitely will be back to this location, I believe it might actually be the only Alex and Ani store in Pittsburgh.
