  • I've been coming to this shop for about 5 years and, for the most part, had been happy with the service. Recently, for my last couple of visits, I was kept waiting about a half hour for a scheduled appointment, even after calling in advance to check that my stylist was running on time and being assured that she was. When I inquired at the front desk why I was told she was on time when she was clearly running way behind, I was given a shocking amount of rude attitude. All I asked was "what should I do next time, since calling to check in advance didn't help". One time the stylist was running so far behind that I was just told she couldn't take me at all! Since I really needed a cut, I had to take whoever was available, with very poor results. I doubt I'll ever go back.
